An aluminium support is added to strengthen the disc against excessive pressure, thus preventing dangerous deformations during trimming.

Dentatus Articulator type ARL is basically the same as type ARH but with another uniqe feature which is not found in any other articulator. The ARL Articulator has an adjustable Upper Jaw Member, and with the GAUGE BLOCK the articulator can be adjusted to accenture mutual confirmity of the upper and lower jaw members. Cutter 970
To slice models quickly, cleanly and safely, Silfradent has come up wtih the stump-tooth separator Cutter 970. With just one movement, stumps are separated impeccably every single time. This is particularly useful with the techniques Dowel Pins, Accu Trac and Tricodent.
Silfradent Safety Aspects :
- Security cover for the diamond disc, preventing any accidental contact with the disc
- Electromagnetic floor, with strong pull to ensure maximum stability of the impression tray
- Swift action – special two handed ignition mechanism which activates simultaneously two buttons and sets the disc in rotation.

The TCS Manual Injector is used to inject molten thermoplastic material into the injection flask. This injector is the most economical of the TCS injection units. The main benefit of having a manual injector is the easy maintenance, and longevity of the unit. The injector is used in onjunction with the TCS Digital Furnace. The Minicruise 420 JM is a simple and economical instrument for any type of dental milling by hand.
On the lower part of the column, which rises from the base, the pneumatic circuit commands are found. On the upper part, is placed the pantograph arm.The pantograph arm is characterised by its manoeuvrability, by a support designed for a fast attachment to the micromotor and by the ability to adjust the height for predetermined operations. Modular S
The Modular S is a practical sandblaster with a flexible modular system. It is studied to fulfil all lab sandblasting or surface finishing needs, using aluminium oxides or glass micro-beads. The dental technician can start with all three modules or just one. He can add on more modules at a later stage; from the model S 100 (with one module) to model S 300 (with three modules). This allows for specific choices of abrasives to match the technical requirements of the work.

Motor Driven Centrifuges
The motor-driven centrifuge is used, during casting processes with oxi-propane blow torch, to pour the fused metal inside the mould (cylinder) in which, previously with the method of “lost-wax”, we obtained the negative of the object we want to make. The machine is entirely manufactured in compliance with the CEE safety directives and therefore allows the performance of the operation in complete operator’s safety. The machine works exclusively when completely closed and the rotating movement is produced by a self-braking engine, which will stop the machine as soon as the operating door is opened. The centrifuge is provided with a digital Timer which enables the end user to set the centrifuge time and with a start-up speed adjuster, depending on the type of casting metal. The machine arm has two joints, allowing a slow and soft starting. The machine is easily repaired with common tools.
