JP90 Handheld Injector
The JP90 Handheld Injector and JP90 Flask were designed to work in conjunction with the TCS Digital Furnace to inject thermoplastic clasps, 1-3 teeth unilaterals and up to 5 teeth saddles. Using this handheld injector completely eliminates the need to flask the case using the traditional method, saving time and money.
Injects: Clasps, 1-3 tooth unilaterals, up to 5 consecutive tooth partials/saddles, saddles for combination cases, and repairs

Manual Injector
The TCS Manual Injector is used to inject molten thermoplastic material into the injection flask. This injector is the most economical of the TCS injection units. The main benefit of having a manual injector is the easy maintenance, and longevity of the unit. The injector is used in onjunction with the TCS Digital Furnace. With one furnace the injector yields approximately 30 cases per day, but with additional furnaces and melting cylinders, it can yield up to 120 cases per day.
