Jason® fleece is a pH-neutral, wet-stable fleece made of native collagen with a highly efficient hemostatic effect. The well-known effect of collagen is induced by the adhesion of platelets to the collagen fibrils.
As a consequence, platelets aggregate and release coagulation factors by degranulation. This initiates the coagulation cascade that leads to hemostasis.
Jason® fleece promotes the formation and stabilization of the blood coagulum and can be applied for wound protection and to support wound healing (i.e., biopsy harvesting sites, coverage of augmentation sites). Jason® fleece is completely resorbed by the body’s own processes within two to four weeks. Jason® fleece is also available preloaded with Gentamycin (Jason® G).

Jason® membrane is a native collagen membrane obtained from porcine pericardium, developed and manufactured for dental tissue regeneration. Its long-lasting barrier function is the basis for predictable treatment success.
Due to the unique patented production process, the superior biomechanical properties of the native pericardium are preserved. The collagen structure (with an increased content of collagen type III) ensures a long-lasting barrier function. Moreover, Jason® membrane is characterized by an easy handling, excellent surface adaptation, and a remarkable tear resistance. Based on these properties, this membrane is the first choice particularly for larger augmentative procedures.

Nanocrystalline calcium phosphate calcium sulfat matrix
Perossal® is a unique, synthetic, osteoconductive and resorbable bone graft substitute. Perossal® is a composite of nanocrystalline hydroxyapatite and calcium sulfate. The nanocrystalline hydroxyapatite gives perossal® a very high specific surface which allows proteins and growth factors to bond directly on the surface and results in controlled osteostimulation of the surrounding tissue. The nano- and micro-porous network of perossal® offers the possibility to load the bone graft substitute individually with liquids (e.g. antibiotics) and provides the property of a controlled prolonged release. perossal® permits guided bone regeneration together with the stabilization of the alveole or extraction socket.
