Paladent 20
Dental acrylic for fabrication of full and partial dentures
Paladent 20 – its well-balanced properties make it economical to use and guarantee high-quality dentures at a reasonable price.
Paladent 20 has very good mechanical properties. It can be processed easily without additional equipment. It’s plastic consistency allows the dough to be packed very easily. In addition, it has a very long working time of up to 30 min, allowing the production of several dentures simultaneously.
Paladent 20 has a good colour stability and a low residual monomer. These points guarantee that the patient can wear the denture for many years without any problems. The colours such as R50 veined are excellent colour matches to all other Heraeus Kulzer denture materials while R50 veined allows individual choice of colour, invisible repairs and extensions.

This is the hard lining material with less stimulation and hardens gradually, so that it can be taken out safely even in the case of many undercuts for partial dentures. Also by using attached self-curing accelerator, it can be as hard as the base of denture. Therefore there will be little level difference between the base and lining material at the final polish.

Nu Alloy ® dp Active is a unique or simple composition alloy, which guarantees absolute chemical homogeneity of their particles. Thanks to ideal chemical composition (45% Ag, 31% Sn and 24% Cu), eliminating the presence of gamma-2 phase of the microstructure of the amalgam due of the high copper content. This reduces the problems of fragility and instability in corrosive environments.

Nu Alloy® dp is a single composition alloy with absolute homogeneity of its particles.
Thanks to its optimal chemical composition (45%Ag, 31%Sn, and 24%Cu) and its high copper content, the gamma-2 phase is eliminated from the alloy microstructure. As a result of this, fragility and instability problems in corrosive environments decrease.
Its morphology is composed of atomized and lathe-cut particles which results in a fast amalgamation with its optimal 50% mercury content (Mercury-to-alloy ratio : 1:1) and improves the alloy’s physical and mechanical properties.
This alloy has a high resistance to marginal fractures, excellent adaptation and marginal sealing, thanks to the homogeneity of its particles.
