The Advance has a much bigger capacity than its main competitors and yet has one of the smallest footprints on the market. This means it can take 6 full size dental trays, 12 of our 10 instrument clip trays, 18 of our 5 instrument trays or 24 of our 3 instrument trays. This high capacity gives you a faster throughput of instruments and therefore improves efficiency and reduces costs, whilst taking up much less valuable space.

With our own specially-designed clip trays, instruments can be transferred seamlessly from the UltraClean II washer disinfector directly into the Advance – eliminating sharps injuries and instrument damage.

The Type B vacuum autoclave is designed for the sterilization of linen, wrapped, hollow or solid items. The vacuum unit has a pump removing the air inside the chamber. The vacuum cycles operates as a triple fractionated pulse where the air is removed 3 times before the steam injection. This process ensures perfect sterilization every time. Available in 16 liters and 22 liters.

The Type N non vacuum autoclave is designed for the sterilization of solid instruments only. The air inside the chamber is removed by thermodynamic air displacement, the steam produced by the boiler pushes the air out of the chamber thoroughly sterilizing the instruments. Available in 16 liters and 22 liters.

Bonding and glazing agents

Advantages :

• Alpha Bond and Alpha Bond Light have a low viscosity, allowing an effective application in all desirable areas.

Indications ;

• Bonding agents for pre-etched enamel. React as a chemical bonding to resin materials, and micro mechanical bonding to enamel, providing adhesion to resin restorations, and a perfect finishing. Reduces micro-leakage and the consequent marginal spots.

Dental conditioners with 37% phosphoric acid

Advantages :

• Alpha Etch contain 37% phosphoric acid, which provide an excellent acid etch to the enamel and dentin.
• Alpha Etch are presented as a liquid and thixotropic gel respectively, ensuring easy application.

Indications :

• Acid etch of enamel or dentin, in order to provide an approach to collagen fibers, as well as a better micro mechanical retention on direct restorations using resin materials.

Amalgam Master® carriers

The instant defogger pen Anti-Mist has been specially formulated to prevent fogging on dental mirrors and glasses. The pen allows an easy and quick use and is more economical compared to a spray.

• Optimal for complex procedures.
• Indicated for surgical treatments in general.
• Indicated for patients who report troubles to be anesthetized, indicating an anatomical alteration.
• Procedures that require palatal anesthesia.
• Procedures that usually require palatal anesthesia.

Advantages :

• Free of Methylparaben.
• Presents a high hidrosolubility.
• This anesthetic presents a better difusion throughout the bone tissue than other anesthetic solutions, reaching the nerve filaments in any kind of setting, thus obtaining a successful outcome in virtually all injections. Regarding to this fact, avoid painful palatal injection.
• Articaine 4% with 1:100,000 epinephrine provides an average pulp anesthesia time of 60 to 75 minutes, and an action in soft tissues of 3 to 6 hours .
• Articaine 200 : 4% Articaine with 1:200,000 epinephrine provides an average pulp anesthesia time of 45 to 60 minutes, and an action in soft tissues of approximately 2 to 5 hours.

Bioactive Dentin Substitute

Bondfill SB is a self-cure, self-adhesive resin for dental restorations. It contains 4-META/ MMA-TBB. Though it requires no bonding agent, Bondfill SB forms strong bonds to enamel, dentin, and restorative materials without gapping and discoloration. It is also designed to absorb intense, complicated complex eternal stresses and greatly resist wear. The Powder contains PMMA and TMPT reactive organic filler which creates a tough restoration that is hard yet still very resilient.

Typical Applications

• Restoration of tooth wear, such as attrition, abrasion, abfraction, wedge-shaped defects
• Secondary caries at a restoration margin
• Repair of fractured prostheses and damaged restorations
• Sealing incipient pit and fissure caries

The degrees of an oral hygiene or a cleaning effect, before and after oral cleaning, can be evaluated using this simplified selection medium for Candida detection as an index. This product can judge not only by color change but also by a number of colonies after incubation, therefore its visual appeal to a patient and reliability on the detection increases dramatically. In addition, if a colony count is only required, it can be observed at room temperature within three to five days.
