Paladent 20 has very good mechanical properties. It can be processed easily without additional equipment. It’s plastic consistency allows the dough to be packed very easily. In addition, it has a very long working time of up to 30 min, allowing the production of several dentures simultaneously.

This is the hard lining material with less stimulation and hardens gradually, so that it can be taken out safely even in the case of many undercuts for partial dentures. Contour Ceramic Bracket
Utilizing a total injection-molding manufacturing process means no cutting; therefore, no microfissures to weaken the bracket. This process also allows for smooth, rounded edges, maximizing patient comfort. A primary feature of the Contour bracket is a patented rounded slot base. This design feature is most successful in reducing breakage during torquing force application in the final stages of treatment.
