Contour Ceramic Bracket

Utilizing a total injection-molding manufacturing process means no cutting; therefore, no microfissures to weaken the bracket. This process also allows for smooth, rounded edges, maximizing patient comfort. A primary feature of the Contour bracket is a patented rounded slot base. This design feature is most successful in reducing breakage during torquing force application in the final stages of treatment. It also notably decreases bracket slot friction during sliding mechanics.

The 99.9% pure polycrystalline material used to manufacture Contour brackets utilizes the smallest particle size available for maximum material density which greatly increases bracket strength. The translucency of the brackets’ material allows the brackets to blend with the natural color of your patients’ teeth.

Our unique crystalline particle bonding base utilizes a total mechanical bond to achieve proper retention strength and safe, easy removal. It provides a surface comparable to a mesh base on steel brackets. Contour brackets are available in twin-wing Roth-style. Twin-wing style is available in upper 5×5 and lower 3×3, .018″ and .022″ slot sizes. Hooks are standard on all cuspid and bicuspid brackets.
