Aureocem DC
Dual-curing resin-based luting cement
Aureocem DC is our dual-curing composite-based luting system which could be used for several materials (metal, composite inlays, ceramic etc.). In combination with its excellent adhesion to dentine, enamel and metal. Aureocem DC is ideal for the cementation of metal or non-metal veneers, inlays, onlays, adhesive bridges, pins and posts.
Due to its dual-curing capability the application of Aureocem DC offers flexibility and safety: Light-curing allows instant setting of the cement, self-curing guarantees complete polymerization. Moreover, the very low abrashion rate of Aureocem DC permits a permanent seal and its high colour-stability ensures a perfect aesthetic result.

Medibond
Glass ionomer lining cement
Well tolerated by the pulp, Medibond is an excellent liner for all cavity classes under amalgam and composite fillings and is also suitable for core build-ups.
Medibond adheres chemically to dentine and enamel and provides excellent stability for the sandwich technique.
It is radiopaque and releases fluorides for a long period of time to prevent the formation of secondary caries.

Radiopaque water-based calcium hydroxide paste
The ready-to-use non-setting calcium hydroxide paste Medical is suitable for direct pulp capping after opening of the pulp or after pulpotomies and for indirect pulp capping in cases of caries profunda.
Medical is highly radiopaque and antimicrobial. Due to the high concentration of calcium hydroxide (1ml Medical contains 610 mg CA(OH)2) and a pH-value of >11 the material supports pulp recovery and the formation of secondary dentine. Acid resistant it protects the pulp against acid expositions and influence of other pulp-irritating substances. Medical is available in syringes with extra long and bendable tips.

Glass ionomer cement for luting
Medicem is a microfine luting cement with a maximum film thickness of 15-25 µm which is essential for the luting of crowns, bridges, inlays, onlays and orthodontic bands.
Distinguished by an excellent adhesion to the tooth substance, Medicem offers a low solubility within the mouth, high compressive strength and high fluoride.
In addition the material is characterised by a comparatively high pH-value which results in low acidity.

Due to a slight swelling effect Provifil seals the preparation safely for several weeks. The elastic consistency assures an easy removal in one piece even in case of undercuts.

Urbical
Self-curing calcium hydroxide
Urbical is a self-curing calcium hydroxide paste / paste system with a flowable consistency.
The material is indicated for indirect pulp capping and as a cavity liner under all filling materials.
The product is easy to apply and allows a sufficient working time as well as a short setting time in the mouth. Urbical is highly radiopaque as well as bacteriostatic.
Due to its comparably high pH-value Urbical is acid resistant and thus provides excellent pulp protection.

Urbical LC is a light-curing calcium hydroxide paste, suitable for indirect pulp capping and as a cavity liner under all filling materials.
The product convinces by a significantly higher compressive strength than conventional calcium hydroxides possess and thus reduces the risk of filling fractures.
