- The J45 dental handpiece uses a rear exhaust design. The exhaust port is designed on the back of head with 100% no air blowing on the front, thus avoiding any potential postoperative complications. This handpiece is especially suitable for bone removal, including the cutting and separating of deep, impacted teeth.

J45 dental handpiece vibrates in very small degree during high speed rotation, effectively avoiding bur breaking, thus avoiding the risk of surgical complications. - The rotational speed is stable and there is no high pressure air flow under the handpiece head. That means the dental handpiece can be used for minimally invasive tooth removal, and is also commonly used for more extensive procedures.
- The use of an anti-suction system can prevent the suction of blood, virus and skin particles caused by negative pressure produced when handpiece stops operating, so that cross infection can be avoided. This also better protect the dental cartridge to avoid the damage of foreign matter to bearing, largely improving the service life of handpiece.
