Manual Injector
The TCS Manual Injector is used to inject molten thermoplastic material into the injection flask. This injector is the most economical of the TCS injection units. The main benefit of having a manual injector is the easy maintenance, and longevity of the unit. The injector is used in onjunction with the TCS Digital Furnace. With one furnace the injector yields approximately 30 cases per day, but with additional furnaces and melting cylinders, it can yield up to 120 cases per day.

The Minicruise 420 JM is a simple and economical instrument for any type of dental milling by hand.
On the lower part of the column, which rises from the base, the pneumatic circuit commands are found. On the upper part, is placed the pantograph arm.The pantograph arm is characterised by its manoeuvrability, by a support designed for a fast attachment to the micromotor and by the ability to adjust the height for predetermined operations. Located on the lower part of the column are the controls for the cooling jets and the pneumatic base depressor.

Modular S
The Modular S is a practical sandblaster with a flexible modular system. It is studied to fulfil all lab sandblasting or surface finishing needs, using aluminium oxides or glass micro-beads. The dental technician can start with all three modules or just one. He can add on more modules at a later stage; from the model S 100 (with one module) to model S 300 (with three modules). This allows for specific choices of abrasives to match the technical requirements of the work.
Silfradent Specials :
- Air Humidity/ Oil Remover are built in. The condensation release switches prevent blockages common with ordinary sandblasters.

Moldastone
The flexible super hard plaster.
Moldastone is a type IV-super hard plaster with thixotropic properties. It becomes liquid under the influence of mechanical interactions such as stirring, shaking or ultrasonic exposure and becomes firm in resting stage and facilitates mounting of dental arches.
Moldastone flows into the smallest spaces by itself. Since trapped air bubbles are promoted on the surface of the low viscosity material during vibration, models made from Moldastone are bubble free and have very precise detail. Moldastone is available in light brown.
