Moldastone CN
The flexibles – Precise, extra-hard and synthetic.
The super hard type IV plaster Moldastone CN mixes and processes excellently. It has very good flow pro per ties and remains dimensionally stable even after a long period of time. Models made from Moldastone CN are bubble free and have very precise detail. Moldastone CN is available in pink, green, light brown, peach, grey and champagne.

Motor Driven Centrifuges
The motor-driven centrifuge is used, during casting processes with oxi-propane blow torch, to pour the fused metal inside the mould (cylinder) in which, previously with the method of “lost-wax”, we obtained the negative of the object we want to make. The machine is entirely manufactured in compliance with the CEE safety directives and therefore allows the performance of the operation in complete operator’s safety. The machine works exclusively when completely closed and the rotating movement is produced by a self-braking engine, which will stop the machine as soon as the operating door is opened. The centrifuge is provided with a digital Timer which enables the end user to set the centrifuge time and with a start-up speed adjuster, depending on the type of casting metal. The machine arm has two joints, allowing a slow and soft starting. The machine is easily repaired with common tools.

Paladent 20
Dental acrylic for fabrication of full and partial dentures
Paladent 20 – its well-balanced properties make it economical to use and guarantee high-quality dentures at a reasonable price.
Paladent 20 has very good mechanical properties. It can be processed easily without additional equipment. It’s plastic consistency allows the dough to be packed very easily. In addition, it has a very long working time of up to 30 min, allowing the production of several dentures simultaneously.
Paladent 20 has a good colour stability and a low residual monomer. These points guarantee that the patient can wear the denture for many years without any problems. The colours such as R50 veined are excellent colour matches to all other Heraeus Kulzer denture materials while R50 veined allows individual choice of colour, invisible repairs and extensions.
