The Axiom® BL 2.8 surgical and prosthesis kit is designed for surgery and prostheses for Axiom® BL 2.8 implants.

For complete control during surgery, the axiom® system offers a unique selection of top-of-the-range drills that ensure performance and
safety during surgery.

• Cut and stability
  Drill tips have a centring system. The angles of the various cutting edges can be customised according to drill diameter. This unique design optimises both the cut and the stability of the drill over the whole protocol range. There is no risk of ovalisation, even with wide diameters
• Visibility
  New y® marking : new generation PVD* surface treatment for high-visibility even under important irrigation flow or bleeding. The black colour prevents any reflection of the operating lamp that could affect marking visibility. The marking is defined by a machined groove that ensures perfect visual acuity even under important irrigation or with significant vascularization.
• Control and collection of autogenous bone
  The two cutting edges perfectly control vertical progression of the drill irrespective of bone density, without force and with no vacuum effect. The helical grooves allow bone chips to be quickly removed which can then be easily collected to complete transplants**.
• Complete safety for risky sites : the stop !
  The proximity of an anatomical obstacle and difficult access to an implant site can represent a risk of surgical accident for the surgeons. To overcome this issue, axiom® drills can be equipped with removable stops that secure the depth of drilling.
• Ergonomic
  These stops are extremely easy to use. Friction blades ensure perfect hold for the drill. The stop sizes have been reduced to a minimum to make them useable in as many situations as possible. A colour code allows easy matching of each stop to the corresponding drill diameter. Laser marking shows the implant length to which it corresponds. The stops have a very neat design and can be easily cleaned.
• Organisation
  There are two versions of the stop kit :
  – 20 stop kit for long drills (Ref. IN MOD OPB20).
  – 32 stop kit for long and short drills (Ref. IN MOD OPB32).
• Practical !
  1. The ergonomic kit has coded supports on to which each stop is placed in the right order. Marking quickly shows stop locations and formats when being stored by an assistant. The single stop supports are stable and avoid stops being knocked over during handling in surgery or when the kit is being sterilised.
  2. The tray is vertically oriented for better visibility when placed on the surgical table. An empty lateral tray can hold additional drills for expanding the kit.
  3. The kit can be completely dismantled for cleaning. It has a transparent cover allowing components to be visible when sterilised. Made of radel, silicon joints and titanium alloy supports, the kit is designed to resist an autoclave over time.

1 kit for all prosthetic restorations

The Axiom® Multi-Level® prosthetic kit lets you handle all prosthetic restorations for Axiom® BL and Axiom® TL implants (except Axiom® BL 2.8). It works with all cemented and screw-retained multiple restorations on inLink® connections and Multi-Unit abutments, as well as with customised Simeda® prostheses with straight channels and Angulated Access.

Exo Safe comprises a set of six periotomes and the Safe automated impactor which is directly connected to a micro motor. Adapted to anterior and posterior sectors, Exo Safe is designed for general practitioners and implantologists alike.

• The main advantage of Exo Safe is the preservation of the bone integrity. It thus assists the practitioner specialising in reconstructions and/or grafts, and facilitates the placement of a post-extraction implant.
• Exo Safe easily mobilises the tooth as the periotome makes it easy to locate the root support for the elevation, then extraction.
• This ergonomic instrument is held in one hand which makes it easier to handle in the mouth and improves intra-operative visibility.
• Continual impactions with regular intensity facilitate the gradual enlargement of the desmodontal space.
• They create less trauma than the traditional manual technique. Exo Safe improves the practitioner’s dexterity and leads to greater acceptance of the treatment by the patient.

Like Osteo Safe®, Exo Safe periotomes are connected to the Safe automatic impactor with the same secure connection system. This is the Be Safe range.
